Prior to founding House Fluent Inspections, Brian spent 15 years in property and casualty insurance primarily in support of the claims organization. He is also a real estate investor who has been involved in remodeling homes for many years, including rehabbing rental homes. Brian holds the Texas Professional Inspector license through the Texas Real Estate Commission (License #22824). This is the highest level of licensure that can be held in the State of Texas. In addition, he holds several industry certifications.
Brian is passionate about sharing the knowledge he has gained over the years and is obsessed with providing the best possible inspection experience, period.
Brian lives in Colleyville, TX with his beautiful wife and partner, Keri, their 4 children and dog, Piper.
